Where to report Fios equipment on utility pole and front yard?

Hi,
Verizon crew was working on the utility pole in my front yard and they installed a big new cable and the black box. They left a big box on the ground in my front yard where kids play all the time and a cable hanging from the post. Where should I report this?viber_image_2023-02-13_18-12-38-562.jpg
