What's up with this? I used all the correct settings for incoming/outgoing, ports. encryption, etc. Outlook test e-mail returns Cant connect to server. I disabled the local firewall and antivirus is not blocking.
I can access via the web, not what I want.
Has anyone seen this and solved it?
I do not want to install the Verizon tech support tool, way to invasive on my system.
What error are you getting?
“Type user name and password”. This is further defined as the one given by the internet provider. We use either 2007 outlook or home and office 2021.
