email at Verizon/yahoo gone after changing password

I've spent days trying to get my email to connect again after changing my password. I've followed everything from every support page but nothing works. Someone said Verizon needs to "sync" my accounts but I can't find any info on this. Are there any LIVE support people out there? How do you contact them???: Even their "smiley faces" don't work!

You use the options on Verizon's Contact Us page. Phone support (1-800-VERIZON) and live chat (when available) are both live support people.
