how do I find and access my email (sub)folders. I am not seeing them--they use to be in a column on the left of my messages.
If you recently upgraded to win 8 use compatibilty mode within Internet Explorer .
For other browsers or older versions of windows - clear all browsing history and retry.
Also verify that the arrow below conversations is clicked to the open position
