Is there a way to use a spread sheet of addresses to do group mailing.

Not with webmail however you can use a POP client like Microsoft Outlook to send and receive email through our servers. Other POP clients may or may not, but with Outlook you can import contacts in from Excel ( some formatting may be required) and then send to a group that way. One thing to be mindful of if you are group mailing is to ensure you don't surpass the email limitations we have in place to thwart spammers who try to take advantage of the system.

You may not include more than 100 recipients in a single email. Messages will not be sent to any recipients in excess of 100.
You may not exceed 500 recipients in 1 hour. Exceeding 500 recipients in 1 hour will result in the suspension of your ability to send email for 24 hours. This does not affect your ability to receive email.
