folder access

Question

The folders I created on my verizon email account have disappeared.  The titles of the folders appear if I higlight an Inbox message and then click on Move to.  I can Move the message to a folder, but have no way to access the folder after that.  What's going on?  I can't find any posts that address this problem...

Thanks for suggestion.  It helped me figure out the problem.  I am on the road using a new netbook and it turns out the screen was zoomed in so much that the folders were off the map.  Zooming out was all I needed to do.

A 'Duh' moment.
