Anyone ever try to open a repair ticket or navigate the Verizon web site for support?
Three days now trying to get support. The web site sends you around in circles only to tell you to call an 800 number.
But of course, thats hard to do when the phone isn't working.
Then you try the chat for help and they do not handle land lines and close the chat session.
You can check on the status of a repair online but can not open a repair request online.
Anyone see a problem here?
