During this time of crisis, Verizon chose to turn off their 3G service. This meant my 81-year-old mother with a flip phone secluded in an assisted living facility has no way to contact her family or for her family to contact her. You advertise that you are here for everyone during this crisis, but evidently these are just words with no meaning. Way to go, Verizon!
