I can't get any help or support. For some reason about 2 months/3 billing cycles ago, verizon split my bill. I can't get the joined back. I have spent in excess of 8 hours on the phone with various agents or waiting for them. I even got to executive care, and they said they would fix it. It is not fixed.
I don't have the time to spend another 8 hours on the phone with no resolution. What do I do?
