unable to acess email

I am unable to acess my Yahoo email because Iforgot my password and I did not have an alternate email setup in my account. Can someone help? Yahoo services directed me to verizon for help. ty

This is a peer-to-peer support forum. If you want to get a message to Verizon, you should contact them directly via one of the options on their Contact Us page.
