I am trying to see my subaccounts. When I go through My Verizon, it takes my to a Yahoo login page. Yahoo does not recognize my password - look at this:

It's not even in proper English. Very suspicious! and this is the only device I use. The Yahoo recover password kept getting a 505 error; now I am finally through and it it almost more frustrating than Verizon. Where are my sub accounts? Where is Verizon help? I know Comcast will be cheaper; is the service any better?
