webmail.verizon.net password problem

The password on one of my sub accounts is being rejected when I attempt to use webmail.verizon.net.

Using the same password in Outlook Express or Mozilla Thunderbird works fine.

Since you can only change your password in webmail, how do I correct this situation?

Try logging into webmail.verizon.com or verizon.com/new using your subaccount user name & password. If you can get in that way, then click on messages/email at the top and see if you can get to your subaccount email.

Thanks for your suggestions. I tried both but neither would work for this sub account. All other sub accounts work fine. Also this sub account login and password works fine with both Outlook Express and Mozilla Thunderbird.
