FIOS internet first month free offer

I requested verizon FIOS connectioe online., it said it it FREE for first month , i do have mail sent from verizon.ecenter@verizon.com [verizon.ecenter@verizon.com] .

verizon.ecenter@verizon.com [verizon.ecenter@verizon.com] Your monthly Verizon Online charges have been submitted to your credit card company. This month's total charges are $0 and will appear on your credit card statement as a charge from "VERIZON*RECURRING" 12 days after the bill date

Even than i am billed for first month , even though i had mail and snapshot from Verizon site.

I contacted Billing and online chat both ,NOBODY has answer to this , and i am forced to pay for first month.

Verizon FIOS bills in advance. So if the first month is free, your bill was for the following month. Usually the bull is prorated and depending on when you sign up, your bill could almost be double. If the first month was free, then the bill to your card should be for the coming month, and not include the first month. You may see $0 dollar transaction on your card account if you bank shows it. Then the charge for the following month. They may have even put a hold on the monthly bill amount for the first month, to prove the card is good. It should come off if they did.

Well i checked the Bill, it is billed from the same date i started the connection fom verizon.,Contacting Billing or online chat was useless
