Block spam by block not specific number

Question

I need to  block recurring spam voice mail from S RICHMND HL NY  who is using multiple numbers all begin 718 520 xxxx.  Using verizon spam block I was able to block a few but how many does this hacker possess? After each of my edits, the computer says "All calls from S RICHMND HL NY will now be blocked" which is not true. I continue getting spam, just from different numbers of the same name.  My phone knows diff, has both (same) name & (different las 4 digits) number but the computer seems to think each number has a unique name which it does not.

I don't think that it is possible to block a whole 10,000 number range.

Nomorobo can add an extra layer of defense. Turning on Do Not Disturb can send all incoming calls to either voicemail or an announcement but will allow up to ten telephone numbers pass through.
