10kbps download speeds

Using a mobile hotspot from a motorola phone. Exceeded premium plan limits and should be on 600kbps plan currently. Should be getting 4.8Mbps speeds with that, give or take..and im generous. My actual speeds are less than a tenth of that, at 0.4Mbps being my top speed, putting my download speed at....10kbps average. Why is it going so much slower than its supposed to? Its not a problem on my end. Several devices, ethernet, resets, nothing changes. Am i doing the math wrong or something? The only devices ever connected to it are my phone and laptop, with the phone shut off and all apps/windows/processes closed(not using connection for anything). I can hardly load a google page. How do I fix this?

Hey there, aa87, we know it's important to get the fastest speeds possible for your hotspot. What plan are you currently on? Are you connecting to 5GUWB when using your phone?

im on 5g ultra wide band with unlimited data

also update my speed has gone down to bits per second"> its struggling to get individual ones and zeros worth of connection through to me

worth noting that it doesnt change regardless of how close the phone is and doesnt change even when connected through usb
