Hey there, aa87, we know it's important to get the fastest speeds possible for your hotspot. What plan are you currently on? Are you connecting to 5GUWB when using your phone?

We know how important it is to have your data working correctly, and we can look into this to get your speed back up. When did this start? What is your ZIP code?

Thanks for that information. I'm not seeing any known issues in the area. Are you only experiencing this issue when using your Hotspot? Have you noticed any changes or issues with your data speeds when using data through your phone?

According to what is detailed in the "important plan information" link below, it says if you go over your premium hotspot data for the month, hotspot data runs at up to 3Mbps down on 5G UW and 600Kbps down (0.6Mbps if I'm doing the math correctly) on 5G or 4G LTE. My interpretation of that is that's the top speeds you'd get after you've exhausted your premium data, not the expected speed. Since non-premium hotspot data is obviously being throttled, the factor of other traffic on the network comes into play.
