A month or two ago, a Verizon Rep sent us a network extender because I had a lot of dropped calls on my Pixel 7. Now the calls are very choppy and often I can't have a conversation at all. I am on an old Verizon Router. and have had no slowness or network issues at all through a deco Mesh system. It there something I can do to correct this issue ?
My wife has the same behavior on her phone too since getting the extender. I unplugged it last night and the call are fully clear with it off but no bars or 1

We're sorry to read about the issue with calls while on the network extender. Do you have the same issues when using Wi-Fi calling? ~Peter

We hate to hear this problem continues. Please share more information about the home internet the network extender is connected to, such as source and speeds. Is wifi calling turned off? What message do you get when dialing #48?
