Jetpack 800L says "no Service available"

I just recently added a jetpack to my plan. Everytime I power on the jetpack, it says "no service available." I put the SIM card in my Android phone and it worked like a charm. Is the jetpack defective or is there something that I am missing and could try.

Jessidc2000, having service on your Jetpack is a necessity. Let's get this figured out. When did this problem start? Any damage on the device? Did anything change on the Jetpack when this issue started? AlbertoR_VZW
