My internet provider just updated my gateway. I can't get my LTE extender to connect. It continues to cycle and can't connect to the SeGW server. I spoke to tech support and they said it was my internet service provider. Could it be something on the Verizon side that needs to be reset? Please help!!

There are settings in the router identified in the extender manual that might need to be adjusted. One is the IPSec setting which may need to be turned on to communicate with the SeGW (Security Gateway).
