I reset my Orbic Speed RC400L hotspot. ('resetting...' confirmed on the display.)
After resetting, I want to login to the hotspot's admin mode captive web page. The username should be 'admin' (without the quotes), and the password should be the same as the password used to connect to the hotspot's network (2.4G & 5G passwords are the same).
On my hotspot, that combination of user name and/or password are not accepted as the valid admin mode login credentials. I get the message, "Incorrect username or password!"
I am absolutely sure I an typing 'admin' (without the quotes) for the user name, and I am absolutely sure I am typing the same password as used to logon to the hotspot's 2.4GHz WiFi network.
I have reset the device twice and got the same results each time.
Can anyone tell what I might not be doing correctly?
