Orbic jetpack data not showing on device

  • The data on my Orbic hotspot is not showing total data..it seems to just be updating every few minutes and will not show me how much data is used in gb..how do I fix this?

Hello, Gmiles7312, we know it's important to be able to track your data usage. You mentioned your device is updating every few minutes. Can you please clarify what is updating?

It just keeps starting over to updating kb and mb every few minutes..never shows the total gb used as it has in the past.  It seems to have started with this new billing period.  Have tried rebooting and resetting ...no luck.  Hopefully it will be right next billing period.
