I cannot access my Verizon account while overseas. When attempting to log in, I provide both my user id and password, and when it comes to the step to receive a security code (through a text message), I am instead told "Someone is trying to access your My Verizon account." Yes -- that would be me!
When I click on the link within the SMS that appeared on my cell phone, I am told this:
"Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time."
What's the deal?
