Hello I am from the US but traveling in Colombia my phone will not allow me to call back to the US any suggestions.

Oh goodness, we can understand your concern with being out of the country and having issues with calling back to the US. Are you having issues with calling locally or only back to the US? To call the US from abroad, enter "+", then the US country code "1" and the 10-digit phone number.
Note: To enter "+", press and hold "0" on your keypad until the "+" appears on your screen.
