Data Overseas stopped working. Locked out of account. Error on password reset

I've been travelling overseas for 2 weeks. This morning, data stopped working. No idea why.
When I tried to log into my account, is says that it is locked and that I need to reset my password.
When I click the link to reset the password, I get an error "unable to process request"
Case ID *****
Both USA and International Call Centers are closed.
Can someone from verizon please help me?

Hello, vsthem. Wishing you safe travels. Help is here. To protect your account from fraud, we do not allow access to the My Verizon online account when outside of the US, but we can help. Where have you traveled? When you attempt to use your phone, what error message do you receive? Do you have roaming on and using the SIM Card that was activated with the phone prior to leaving the US?
