I don't know why VZW reps say you can use your VZW phone in Tahiti / Moorea / Bora Bora if you have the Unlimited Ultimate plan. It did NOT work. Forget using online maps, calling, texting, email or browsing unless you're on WiFi. I endured 5 frustrating days without access as a result. I had an unlocked S22 Ultra I could have brought along - but didn't because I was assured I'd had service on my plan and locked S25 Ultra when I contacted VZW before my trip. Thanks for nothing (and many hours lost on WiFi calls trying to get it to work with Tier 2 VZW Tech Support)!
