International Data roaming not working

I traveled Tahiti and and Bora Bora(French Polynesia), have 2 lines with Unlimited Ultimate plan, so international roaming with 10GB data is included. Both lines are using iPhone 16 pro Max, they worked perfectly with voice and LTE data the first day, using F-VINI as
The next day morning one line lost data, no LTE logo next to the signal strength bar. Called Verizon, spent 1.5 hours on the phone. They did some provisioning, asked me to reset network settings and restarted a few times, then I got 3G data for that line, the other line still have LTE working fine.
Then in the afternoon, both lines lost data. Called Verizon again the next day and spent another hour , they can’t make it work. I finally gave up and lived without data(voice and text worked)
My daughter use T-Mobile magenta plan, she had the voice and LTE working fine all the time. We just switched to Verizon two weeks ago and have not switched my daughter’s line.
I am so disappointed with Verizon’s roaming network. Seems like they blocked the data after some usage, but they can’t figure why. We travel internationally a lot. We may want to switch back to T-Mobile for this reason.
Anyone had experience like this in PF? Any suggestions?

At least you had something for one day. Similar situation (plan and iphones) didn’t get data AT ALL on Vini and only got 3G on Vodafone that lasted just 5 minutes. Same thing, chat and call and no help. Glad I didn’t reset my network settings for nothing

Could you please help us too?
Data completely stopped working today in Denmark. Yes, hard rebooted, turned roaming on and off, reset network settings etc. etc.
Over an hour on the phone with Verizon with zero solution. Agent even confirmed only 2k of data had been used and there should be ZERO issues, not even throttled data, let alone no data. Agent also said they had no further options to help.
Unacceptable! Please message to fix!

Please help us with this issue as well. I can see that we have a signal, but no connection. We will be in the Tahitian Islands for another 2 weeks...would be great to have mobile service. We've restarted our phones multiple times and have registered our phones with the various carriers in our area, but still no access to mobile service.

I have the same problem: send the info to me at [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] and then post it for all users!

It’s shameful this issue is still going on, months later. My husband and I upgraded the plan on our two lines to get included international coverage. Landed in Tahiti last night and have no data signal. Which is completely terrifying as we will be on tours and activities, without the ability to call or use data. The fact that Verizon is doing nothing to correct the issue, compensate people, or stop offering the travel plan in Tahiti, is unacceptable.

Same issue, however, have great internet at resort so don’t plan on spending hours of my time in paradise on the phone with Verizon!

Yes I am on Moo’rea and no data service (phone is fine), and I plan on being in Fakarava and Rangiroa. I just used my phone in Greece, Bonaire this year with no issue. First time my data hasn’t worked in 30+ different countries, calling 611 for help now.

I am having the same problem. I have been on the phone with Verizon over an hour total. I have resort network settings, turned off phone several times, airplane mode off and on several times as well as data roaming. iPhone 16 Pro. No data.
