I would just like to know why Verizon is not addressing this international network issue they are CLEARLY experiencing across the ENTIRE globe. Please explain to me why I have been a loyal customer for the past 10 years to be left in the dark about a service that I require to navigate while I am outside of the United States. Thanks for leaving me to fend for myself.
