International Plan Billing After Cancellation September '23- January '24

We travelled to Italy in September 7-22, 2023. I took out an International Monthly Plan. When we returned to the US, I cancelled our International Plan  September 24. We have continued to be billed every month for a plan that I cancelled! I have received texts confirming my cancellation. I have now spent several hours every month speaking to a customer service representative and being told that the issue has been resolved when it has not. I would like this situation settled once and for all. I would also like to have the excess money that I had to pay  refunded to me. This is unacceptable. We have been Verizon customers for many years, but when our current contract expires, we most likely will change.

BaileyBoodle, we want to make sure that you are not billed for a service that you are no longer using, and would be happy to help. Could you tell us more about how you cancelled the plan when you returned to the States? When you manage your account online, is the international plan still reflecting on your account?
