International billing after cancellation

My husband traveled to the Philippines for 19 days. I specifically asked the rep to add the international plan for only a month. I was told it will not be renewed and that I do not have to call back to cancel after he comes back. We continued to be billed 4 months after. They do not listen to requests to cancel the service. I tried to cancel on the app several times but there is no option to do so.

@Legalmattersetc I know I would be upset if I had requested a feature for only one-month, but learned that it had continued billing, Legalmattersetc. We're here to help find a solution. Please be on the lookout for a private message from us, since we will need account access to assist.
