I have moved to the UK from the US for 8 months on a work assignment and have an international phone plan. My phone was working fine for 6 weeks and now I have no cellular network at all and cannot communicate with anyone.
I called the verizon store that issued me the international plan before leaving and they said there is nothing they can do for me until I return to the United States. Is this true?! There is absolutely no way for me to use my phone or get my verizon network back while I'm here? This is insane. Please help.
Is this because I used an esimm?
