No Service in Spain

Hi all,
I landed in Madrid yesterday and upon arrival did not have any cellular service despite activating an International Data Plan. Is there a service outage in Spain that I don’t know about?
Ive checked all my settings for cellular roaming and everything looks correct. Even restarted my phone to so if that’ll help connectivity issues. I don’t really know what to do at this point and I’m here for a whole month.

I landed in Malaga Spain same exact issue. I have been trying to connect to an agent but no one is available until 8am. This is horrible service.

I'm sorry you were having issues with service while traveling. What device do you have? Any other verizon customers having similar issues?-Joe
