This is sad that i landed in bahrain and i cant use my phone at all. No cell service nor internet. However my friends who have Tmobile service works just fine, I’m paying for an international plan that i cant use so this helps in my decision of leaving verizon and switching to T mobile when i return to the states. And before you ask, no one was able to help me from customer service, I restarted my phone with internet off, yes my bill is paid and up to date etc. I travel alot for work and verizon will no longer be my company of choice

Any update on a fix? My unlimited international plan has not been working in Bahrain for about a week. No calls or data.

I have been to Bahrain twice since last year- still no service but have been charged for the fee. Please fix or refund!

I can make calls and text but no using data i.e. no Internet so I can't use WhatsApp, Uber, Google maps etc. Those are the things I really need.

Having the same problem 10/20/25. Im
being charged and getting the travel pass ‘notification/text’ but have no access to calls or messaging. It’s super inconvenient
