Please help me work out how to contact Verizon.
I'm currently in Portugal and have the Unlimited Ultimate plan.
If I try to call any international number I get a message saying "outgoing calls are not permitted to that number. please contact customer service"
If I try to log into the Verizon website on my laptop it refuses my password, and when I try Forgot Password it says "we are unable to process your request at this time."
I'm still logged into the Verizon app on my phone but when I try to dial *611, it says "it is not possible to establish a connection at this time."
If I try Chat it insists I log in but even within Chat it refuses my password and Forgot Password is not available.
If I try to Schedule a Callback on bthe website on my laptop, it says "Callback scheduling is not available."
I'm at a total loss. What can I try now?

Hi, if you are in Portugal and trying to call a number which is not in Portugal or the US, that is an international call which isn't covered by Travel Pass or the monthly International Service Plan, or the built-in Travel Pass service included on Unlimited Ultimate. I would have thought normally you get a warning on your phone saying it's an international call subject to billing rates of a few dollars per minute depending on what countries are involved. But because Unlimited Ultimate already has built-in Travel Pass, may be confusing the system?
Login access to My Verizon is blocked when overseas - I suspect it's for security reasons. Try using a VPN.
To contact Verizon while abroad, use the link below and scroll to the bottom of the page for the contact information for International Services Support. There is a toll-free number for Portugal, but must use a landline phone. Otherwise, I guess you could call the (908) number from your cell, since it's a call back to the US and would be covered under your Unlimited Ultimate service.

I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
