Travel Plan Data not working

Traveling abroad in Paris, France. I have been abroad since Sept 1st. Had no issues until yesterday Sept 7th. Data stopped working around 4 or 5 pm. The icon that would normally say 5G just shows 5 bars and a small R.

The small R means your device is in roaming mode.  Travel Pass and the International Plan have data caps; maybe you've exhausted your data for the day or month?
