In three days, I’ve been promised three calls back by a supervisor. I’ve even had text messages saying a call was scheduled. Yet, I’ve had zero calls back from Verizon and given up over THREE HOURS on the phone- mostly on hold. It’s as though the service reps job is to wear the customer down into submission, provide false information, and by no means provide help.
All this to rectify that travel pass was taken off of my line. A fairly big deal as I travel for a living as a major airline pilot.
While more than willing to pay my fair bill, I’ve had to explain my situation to four different customer “service” agents with ZERO progress.
20 years of loyalty. For what?
My brother is right, go to AT&T.
