Ultimate Unlimited plan/Travel Pass

I recently changed my pan after calling to activate the travel pass for a cruise. I was told that IF I updated my plan to the Ultimate Unlimited I wouldn’t need a travel pass. After the cruise, we are being charged for the travel pass. I disputed all the charges and have been unsuccessful at having them all refunded. Has anyone else had this problem and do you have a contact that will successfully refund almost $500???
