Verizon International Plan

On April 11, 2024, I signed up for a 28-day international plan on the Verizon website.  I entered a Start date of May 4, 2024, and a Stop date of June 1, 2024, and was quoted a “one-time charge” of $100.00.   However, I noticed that Verizon billed me $100.00 in the months of May and June.  When I spoke to Trish at Verizon Customer Service, she told me that the plan started on April 11, 2024 instead of May 4, 2024.  She told me that they would look into this and till today, I have not heard back from Verizon.  I have filed a complaint with the BBB.  I will be looking for a new carrier soon if they do not refund the duplicate payment they extracted from me

christian5444999, having a plan to cover a international trip is a great idea. My dad is doing a trip to Portgual right now, and I helped go over things with him prior to leaving. I understand only wanting to pay for the period that covers the trip, and for sure that's something we can look at together. To help, send a Private Message so I can get some further details.
