VZ Cloud Infobot is live!
We're excited to introduce a new "Chat with Us" option in the "Help" section of the Verizon Cloud web portal and the 24.12 release of our mobile client! This interactive FAQ tool, powered by InfoBot, is designed to quickly understand your questions and direct you to the most relevant articles about Verizon Cloud topics.
For questions unrelated to Verizon Cloud, InfoBot will guide you to your My Verizon plan, an account representative, or a store location. Please note that the Verizon Cloud InfoBot cannot access your personal account information. For account-level assistance, please use the My Verizon chat window found throughout our website.
