LTE Network Extender - Error code 32

Hello,

For the last 5 days I have seen an error code 32 on my LTE Network Extender. Does anybody else here have a similar situation with the extender?

I had a similar issue in Jan 2023 and now again. Makes me wonder if this is the correct extender for me. Without the extender my service suffers and now calls are being dropped as a result.

The screen reads Error 32 and to call for assistance. If there is anybody here who can provide some guidance that would be terrific.

Which version of LTE Network Extender do you have? Did the issue in Jan 2023 just resolve itself or did a support agent have to do something? It appears the extender is having an issue communicating with a gateway server. It could be that gateway server itself may be having an issue and needs to be reset/restarted to correct a database error. Here is a screenshot of the error 32 description from the model version 1.7 user guide.
