Is this a new install or did it stop working?  Have you called 800-922-0204 and asked for tech support to re-associate your extender's MAC ID with your account in the proper database?

...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...

I am also having the same issue.  It just stays on "Connecting to SeGW Server"  I have had multiple calls to customer service which is difficult since I have 1 bar in my house when I'm lucky, hence the need to a Network Extender.  It is like a cruel joke to have to call into customer service for help with a device that is supposed to give you cell phone reception. I work from home so I really need this to work.  Can anyone please help?! 

I keep being told to unplug and replug it in and have done that multiple times as well as a factory reset.  The last person i spoke to said give it some time and they would call me back in 30minutes - an hour.  It has been an hour and a half.  Desperate for a solution.
