I signed up for LTE internet in October.
The day I signed up I was told I’d get a $200 Amazon gift card.
I called on December 22nd, the customer service rep said they’d email me a link to redeem. The email never came.
I called again January 2nd. I was on the phone for over an hour. The customer service rep said she couldn’t send me a gift card but she could take $20 off my bill. I said no thanks and talked to a manager instead. The manager told me the same story, and said he’d call me back Monday the 8th to make sure I got the gift card. I never got the email or the call.
I called again Wednesday January 10th and talked for 45 minutes to someone who couldn’t figure it out, who then transferred me to the fios department, and they couldn’t help either.
At this point I’ve wasted multiple hours and haven’t gotten anywhere. I am definitely frustrated.
Is anyone able to help me?
