Hello! I am wondering if anyone else has had the same issues with their LTE extender that I have and what your resolution was. I recently purchased the LTE extender for my home internet through Verizon online. I attempted to install the device a few days ago which seemed to be a very easy process. It was not. I went through all the suggested trouble shooting on Verizon’s webpage before calling tech support who asked me to do everything I had just done again. No luck. This agent suggested I take it to a Verizon store and get it exchanged hand to hand. I went on the extender admin page and saw that I was connected to multiple satellites with a good connection, but it said it my device was not in service. So I contacted tech support again to share this information. Once again I was asked to go through all the same troubleshooting that I’d done already. Still no luck. I was chatting with the agent and the connection was lost. At this point I’ve been trying for 3 hours to get this device to work. I tried to take the device to the closest Verizon store as suggested by the first tech support person I talked to which is an hour and a half round trip for me. I was told that they do not carry the extenders in store nor could I return it in store. I was a bit frustrated by that. I am hoping someone can give me some guidance before I sit on the phone with tech support again trying to get this thing to work.

Hello, kesicat5. Help is here. Thank you so much for all the steps you have taken thus far to resolve this. Please tell me more. Who is your current internet provider and what are your speed with them currenlty?
