Like many others on this forum I am having issues with this internet transition to Verizon.
I am unable to redeem my 200$ Amazon gift card, I have an email from Verizon informing I can redeem. My internet is all setup and active. Not sure why this is being advertised and emailed to me and I’m just not able to redeem.
last, the internet was advertised as “$45” as low as “$35” with a discount of 15$ for having a phone plan. Well that’s not the case my upcoming bill is almost 100 and my next bill is 55$ for lte internet not as advertised. Not sure why I have fees with my upcoming bill if this was a self-install.
advertising, internet is quicker than T-mobiles 5G self install internet but …. Price? Then Verizon claims to hold price for 5 years……

There's a discount for having a phone line of $25.00 and an additional discount of $10.00 for using auto pay and paperless billing. Similarly, the 5G Home has a price of $60.00 per month. There's a discount of $15.00 per month for having a phone and a discount of $10.00 for automated billing. We hope this helps explain how the discounts are set up.
