Hello all,
I recently purchased Verizon Home LTE WiFi. It was said when I purchased it that there is a promo for an Xbox Series X, Verizon gift card, and an Amazon gift card. I have received emails stating I can redeem my Xbox and Amazon promo, however when I follow the link it goes into my account but I don’t have the tile under perks to complete the redemption. I understand this has been an issue for some, and I’m looking for guidance in hopes to redeem my promos. If a Verizon rep could assist that would be amazing. I’m posting this in hopes to get the promos prior to them “being out of stock”.
