Extender

Does any one have a Verizon Extender that actually works? Can't seem to get a straight answer from the tech support at Verizon. Constant connection loss. Any suggestions? Different carrier?

That's incredibly frustrating, and I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. Constant connection loss is not the experience we want our customers to have.

I know it has been a little while since your post, but I saw it and wanted to provide any info that could help you or another customer in the future. A great place to start is by visiting our Device Troubleshooter. That should direct you to the best support.

I have the Askey ASK-SFE116 4G LTE Extender that works fine with my Android moto z4 phone thru my Xfinity cable internet service.

Someone else said the newer Askey extenders are problematic and they had to go back to the older Samsung extender before things worked.  The problems reported include devices being unable to connect to the extender or the extender just losing connection/not working.  Apparently, you can request the Samsung extenders specifically.

Have you checked the local admin page to see if there are any errors in the logs?
