Free network extender

I keep getting a notification to take action on my account "Improve your coverage with a free network extender." I fill it out, go through all the steps and I keep getting this message:

"Unfortunately, we are unable to complete your order at this time. Please try again later."

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, the issue with the network extender was resolved. If others encounter similar problems with the network extender orders some of the common factors can include your location, your internet service providers upload/download speed and your devices activated on the network.

I'd use the live chat or call so someone can get into your account and see if there's a promotion for you.  Otherwise, wondering if maybe there's something which is making you ineligible, such as being prepaid or maybe not having the correct service plan, or if you're using Fios for home internet service.  The Verizon network extenders only work with a cable internet service.

I had the same issue. I got on chat two different times and the first time the person said they placed the order but never did and the second time they told me that it was out of stock online so they couldn’t place the free order but that if I just went to a local Verizon store, they would give it to me. I want to do that, but I also don’t wanna walk in there just randomly off the street without any information, but apparently no order could be placed for me  For pick up at the store?
