LTE booster

I installed this booster a year ago and last week it stopped working. I installed another one this week and it fell right into shape. Working great. This one shows traffic on my network but it isn't transmitting. The 800 number I called was a waste of time. Any thoughts?

What make/model is it?   Is it the Askey LTE Network Extender SFE-116?  Has the MAC ID been added to your account in the network database?

Ok.  You state 'Working great. This one shows traffic on my network but it isn't transmitting'.  I'm not sure what this means. Can phones connect to the extender?  What 'Access Mode' is it in, Open, Closed or Hybrid?  Have you checked the 'transmit power' setting in the extender's configuration?

I really appreciate your help. I've only got about 40 years experience in the audio video/iot business. But this is only my third Verizon booster. Electronics. Don't scare me at all. All three of them I was able to use the UI and the push button to get him to work. The one I'm working on now has stopped working and the reset button does nothing. I've never had to assign them to an account or connect to them with a cell phone. They're just very transparent and work, until they don't. And I can monitor my network traffic and see this device talking to something, I cannot tell where it's going but front side of it works. Works. But the UI tells me that it cannot connect to the server

This LTE Network Extender is not a 'signal booster' as it provides its OWN cellular signal as a local cell tower with Verizon Wireless network access thru the extenders LAN connection to a broadband internet service.  Is this extender installed at a business or private home? These extenders DO need to be associated/registered with a Verizon account in a network database.  If you log into the admin page and look at the startup messages, which step does the startup fail and connecting to which server fails?  Calling 800-922-0204 and asking for escalation to level-2 tech support might help.  They might ensure the MAC ID of the extender is associated properly with an account and/or they might remove/re-add it to the proper database to see if any glitches get cleared up.
