New LTE Extender

Question

Called the 800 number worked with some tech for 2 hours, can't get the new extender to work. Gave them the MAC, getting message  SeGW discovery and IPsec Setup ...I have set the ipaddress in the router to DMZ zone. Still nothing

I just got 3 of these for my properties and can't get the first one to work. LONG wait time and hurdles to jump through.
