Please post for the benefit of your consumer and business customers - and all those that support them - your plan to End Support (End of Life) for ALL Samsung LTE Network Extenders in 2025, so customers of all types can plan accordingly, in a timelier manner. Playing coy with this information (not overtly publicizing nor providing clear direction) rather than being transparent across ALL your service, support and customer communication channels, reflects poorly on the brand and puts your front-line employees in the path of customer ire unnecessarily.
