Amazon Echo Show 10 or $200 Amazon Gift Card offer

I have recently added a Home Internet on my mobile line and part of the home internet offer was to get the Amazon Echo Show 10 or $200 Amazon Gift Card. I got the email saying redeem it and when I click on it, it takes me to the Dashboard page of the Verizon page and I get to see nothing on that to redeem it. Need help to know the process to redeem it.

Not yet, when I called customer service they asked me to wait for 3 business days.

I was able to click on the Amazon $200 card. It now says it was redeemed on November 11th. Supposed to be 24-48 hours before you receive it via email. It's been 48 hours and no gift card. I even added [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] to my contacts so it didn't have a chance to go to my spam. I left Xfinity because they were the masters of deception, trying to charge me $100 equipment fee and I used my own router.

Come on Verizon...what's up with these home offer gift cards???

did you ever find a fix ? i’m trying to redeem it , but agents keep telling me to go to “Make the most of your plans” to click the deal but i simply don’t see it there . i don’t know why verizon keeps offering intriguing deals just to not offer them , or have people have trouble in redeeming them …

We can get started, I got a chance to talk to one of the executive over the private message and he helped to filled out the escalation form for me and after that I got a message on my cell saying that, you gift card is approved and it will take 4 to 6 weeks for the gift card to received.

I spoke with a Verizon rep yesterday. Although it isn't written in the disclaimer when redeeming the Amazon card, it takes 7-10 business days before you receive it in your email. Also, watch your junk or spam box because it comes from a third party, @Hawk something or other. I'll update after 10 business days have passed.

I'm having the same issue. Spent too much time this week trying to resolve it. Now the representative is telling me that I have to have 5G Home for 45 days before I can get the offer. Yet, the emails came with the offer info. One was the $200 Amazon offer and another for $200 Verizon gitfcard (error?).

I was told this is a "front end" offer and if service is canceled for any reason, the amount would be charged back. I was told it needs to be redeemed within 60 days. And now, wait 45 days.

The rep said she was apologizes "for the misinformation" that I received.

I'll put it on my calendar & follow up, for sure.

Ive had a similar issue. I was able to find the offer, however, when I went to click to redeem the offer - It told me an error had occurred and to try again later. Since, I have attempted to find the offer again and have been unable to find the offer to attempt to properly redeem it.

I hope this is correct. I know I was able to confirm everything and my offers tab is showing the date I redeemed the offer. I also know it's said 24 to 48 hrs. I just hope it was not a ploy to get ppl to change to Fios. I have been being screwed by xfinity for years.

Can you list all of the terms of the Amazon $200 gift card promotion for switching to Fios? We continue to report different and inconsistent information.

1. Do we have to wait until we've had service for a specific amount of time before processing the home offer starts?

2. Do we need to be enrolled in paperless billing and/or autopay?

3. After we select the tile from home offers, how many business days does it typically take before we can expect to receive it in our email?

4. Is there a "from" domain we can whitelist to prevent it from being filtered into our spam or junk folder?

5. When and who do we follow up with once we have met all of the criteria and time allotments and have not received the card?

6. Do you offer any alternative allowing us to opt out for an offer that is less problematic?

7. Can we opt for a physical card to be mailed to our billing address?

There's a growing community with these questions that will benefit if you can post all of the terms of the promotion publicly.

Same issue here. Was told that the problem was due to the service not being physically set up, in spite of receiving emails when the gateway shipped stating that the service was activated and another email stating that the offer was ready. I understand that the gateway is essentially a mobile device and pre activation is a thing, but come on Verizon you guys dropped the ball on this one.

I wouldn’t hold my breath. I’m sure there will be no $200 gift card given or any of the other promotional gifts. Verizon seems to be just as bad if not worse than Xfinity. I will be canceling services and going to T-Mobile.

Okay all, I got it!!! I redeemed the tile on 11/11 and just got it in my inbox a few minutes ago. Persistence seems to be the key. Fingers crossed for you all. I think you will get it, not a farce. The sender domain is hawkmarketplace.

I just received my gift card. You will get yours, I am confident. I redeemed my home offer tile on November 11th. It is sent out through hawk marketplace so check your email filters. Im having the problem can’t seem to find how to redeem the gift card HELP VERIZON

I’m having the exact same issue. Signed up for home internet plus. Received an email saying my offer was ready to be redeemed. Found the tile,, selected the gift card and then received an error when confirming. Chatted with a rep who fist said I had to upgrade my mobile plan in order to qualify for the offer (um..what?) then said I had to wait 60 days before I could select the gift card. Then after I called him out on that and stated that the offer details actually sat WITHIN 60 days not AFTER 60 days, he agreed with me and said I’d get a separate email at some point after my service is hooked up.

I’m confused, frustrated and about ready to just cancel and stick with Xfinity.

I'm having the same issue. I have 2 emails that say the same thing. I'm posting the fine print here. I've been in another discussion and this is an old issue. The fine print and the second email with instructions for redeeming the offer both say the same thing. Activation of service then a 60 day expiration of offer from that Time. With a date 51 days later given as The end of promotion date. Whichever comes first. Here is the fine print. It's in both emails. But no Xbox offer at all. And the email with instructions says a similar thing. But in the normal body of text and the instructions are not able to be followed. I use them and they say must be signed in on the Home profile. One of the first steps in creating account for the App is to combine the profiles into One ID which I did. Now I can't access the home profile Offers.

I am replying to your post. I just made a detailed post. I am a noob and I don't know what or how to see a private note. I'm also 52 so tech is outpacing me. I regret laughing at my grandparents when they couldn't figure out the VCR. Karma

Ok. I'm really upset now. Customer service gave me a runaround. They couldn't figure out what to do on their end. So he gives me a toll free number to call and says that they can fix the issue there. The number was an automated line giving the card balance. No other options. Then a representative called me back when I hung up. She said she created an escalation ticket and it would be reviewed within 7 to 10 days. And then within 2 to 4 weeks after that I would receive an answer in my email.

So....I got the same response that others said I would get. And they waited and waited and still have the issue months later. I received a message from Deb on this forum so. I'll try burning the candle at both ends.

The same thing happened to me. I clicked to redeem the offer and was taken back to the MyVerizon home page and the offer was gone. No confirmation email (I checked every folder including spam) and no follow up despite my original email saying I'd have the gift card within 48 hours of redeeming and activating service (it has been over a week now). I only switched Internet providers because this would've taken care of my Christmas shopping, so now I'm convinced I've been lied to (I'm not allowed to write sc*mmed in the chat lol).

I did a chat with an agent who said they would fill out an escalation form and get back to me Monday (it's now Wednesday) but I've heard nothing. If I don't get this gift card, I'm for sure switching back to my previous provider. I might even switch my cell provider because it's horrible business practice to mislead people like this.

I have been trying to redeem the XBOX offer for the last four days and keep getting an error message.

When I go to " Make the most of your plans" and click on the Get an Xbox Series S on us" tile, I receive an error message that says "We're sorry. There was an error when adding this Apple TV 4K on us promotion to your Verizon account. This promo is for an XBOX, not an Apple TV.

After being told to wait and everything was fine, promised offer was never given. Not wanting that to happen again, but seems to be the case. Activated 5G Home 12/2/23.

I am having a similar issue, but I was never even sent an email to redeem it. The whole reason I signed up for the more expensive home internet was so I could get the Amazon gift card. I called support, and the responses ranged from “You will get it in 65 days” to “you need to talk to the rebate center.” The email that I got confirming my internet said I should get an email to choose my promotion within 24-48 hours of registering/activating my internet. Internet is activated… nothing! No one seems to be able to help, and now I don’t have a way to buy my family Christmas presents because of Verizon’s incompetence with this situation. How hard is it to just email a gift card like they advertise?

It is December 13, and I see no “fix” to receive the $200 Amazon gift card, despite have re-confirmed my eligibility with Verizon customer service people four different times.

Still waiting on mine. Originally ordered my equipment on the 23rd, it was canceled 7 or 8 days later. No reason why.

Contacted customer service, now 12 or so chats and at least 5 phone calls. My order was placed again, although I didn't get the accessories that I had ordered in the original order. My 5G LTE router is setup and working, but I've been told different things by each rep / agent.

My $200 Amazon gift card was escalated by the last rep, on the phone, who really was the most helpful person so far! That was 3 days ago, but after reading through the forums I was hopeful that it might be resolved today, as so many are having the same issue.

I am considering canceling the service. And I wasn't offered a free XBox and don't need the Echo as I already have two.

Very frustrating, Verizon's customer service staff needs trained and be consistent ASAP!

No I don't even see the tile to redeem. I contacted support via chat (Hanna) and was told it's only 4 days in my escalated support request and that it will take 5 to 7 days. So I'm waiting and checking periodically to see the tile or get an email.

This started on 11/23 when 8 days later my original order was canceled for no good reason. Reordered and got the equipment 5 or 6 days ago, but didn't get any of the accessories I had ordered in the original order. Unacceptable!

I am having this same issue. I received two emails, one saying to claim my $200 Amazon Gift Card and one saying to claim my free Apple TV for switching to Verizon. None of these offers show up on my account at all, and the customer service reps are telling me to try a different browser which does not make any sense! Verizon needs to make good on these offers, would appreciate a message. Has been a total nightmare since we signed up in October!

I have tried for 2 days to register for the Amazon gift card. I can get to the point where I select the amazon gift card, then it says it will take me to the site to redeem the gift card and the verizon app and website just take me to the previous page? Help would be appreciated.

hello Wired_113. We want you to be able to get the gift card. I recommend signing into My Verizon via a browser (even better via a computer) to try and claim the rewards. Another recommendation is if your email associated with the account hasn't been verified, do that first, then try and redeem the rewards. They'll be located on the main page under 'Make the Most of Your Plans.' -Joe

That is exactly what happened when trying to redeem my $200 gift card. To a tee.

I'm also seeing many, many responses from cs stating that they are sending private messages to posters....but I have yet to see a single post regarding the complaint being resolved by receipt of said gift card. Why is that?

1. Sign in to My Verizon (make sure you do this on the website not the app).
2. Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3. Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.

Result: You will be taken to an interstitial page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.

4. Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:

Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: You are directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.
5. Follow instructions to complete the order.
