Missing Xbox series s claim option

I ordered Verizon home internet during Cyber monday deal. Xbox series S plus $200 Amazon GC.

Once your service is activated, we'll send you an email with instructions on how to redeem your offer. When I received my claim email it no longer stated Xbox series x as part of the offer only $200 Amazon GC. Please help!

Yep, same question. I redeemed my gift card no problem but still haven’t received an email about the Xbox S. Can someone please answer this and/or reach out to me? Thank you.

The offer said it was one or the other for me, not both. I had to choose the Xbox from a selection screen when I was signing up. If you find your order confirmation email and scroll to the bottom, it will say what you picked under "Special Offers Included:"

Their Cyber Monday deal was for an Xbox Series S AND either the Amazon Echo Show 10 or the $200 Amazon GC. I posted the picture of the offer above and now here’s my order confirmation email as well.

I had the same email confirmation showing that I qualified for both. I spoke to a representative on a chat yesterday. he said I should get the email for the Xbox in 60 to 65 days. Really weird. on the email offer it says after as soon as you activate the service. I received the one for the gift card, but never do one for the Xbox.

Kat1985, glad you were able to redeem the Amazon Card. To complete the Xbox portion of the Cyber Monday deal, you want to go to My Verizon, sign-in, and then look under the "Make the Most of Your Plans" section, where a tile for the Xbox Series S can be claimed. Select that tile and then follow the prompts. You'll accept terms and conditions, then be taken to your cart to complete the purchase with the promo applied.

Same problem here and different answers everytime from having to wait 60 days to the promotion ended in June. The terms of the promotion was the exact same as the $200 Amazon gift card and I got that within 2 days of activating my service. The quality of their customer service and the constant back and forth makes me want to cancel my service. It shouldn’t be that hard to receive the promotion I was promised.

So I finally got the email and tile to redeem my Xbox. But when I go to redeem it I get an error message that there’s a problem adding the promotion to my account. Anybody else get this far? Tried talking to them again and getting the same run around about having to wait 60 days/ to February 2nd. Which is the redeem by date. Yet the terms say only valid through 12/13/23. So needless to say I’m seriously irritated and getting screwed out of a promotion. I will definitely be getting quotes today from other internet providers since I already can’t trust Verizon.

hi, I also ordered verizon 5g home plus on 11/27/2023. I claimed the $200 amazon egift card online without any problem. But I can not redeem the xbox series s offer online, there is claim offer button on the webpage, you can not click it to contiue. I just did online chat with Verizon rep, first, they want me to clear cache on chrome, did not work. Verzion solution for this problem is that Verizon will email you a $200 verizon egift card instead of xbox series s, you will get it with 3-5 business days.

Yes also received the email and the link to redeem on my Verizon cones and goes but when I try to redeem, it says unable to add promotion to your account

I signed up for this as well. So far, all I have gotten is a bunch of nonsense from the customer service people. Online, on the phone, and even in the store.
